A narrow gooseneck and a counterweighted walnut handle give you a thin, steady stream, which is most of what good pour-over asks for.

Matte black steel with brass collars that age a little more every year. Works on gas, electric and induction hobs, and the lid thermometer reads in Celsius and Fahrenheit.

(02)How to use it

Pour slow,pour steady.

  1. Fill to the line inside, 0.9 litres, and heat it on any hob. Watch the lid thermometer, not the steam.

  2. Take it off at 94°C for light roasts and 90°C for darker ones.

  3. Tilt slowly from the handle. The gooseneck gives a pencil-thin stream at a gentle angle.

  4. Dry it upside down after use to keep the inside bright.
