Made forevery morning.

Thrown in stoneware and glazed in our parchment white. The spiral ribs let air escape evenly, so the bed drains flat and the cup stays sweet.

Fits most mugs and carafes. Takes size 02 cone filters.

(02)How to use it

Brew aclean cup.

  1. Fold a size 02 filter along its seam, seat it in the cone and rinse it with hot water. Tip the rinse water away.

  2. Add 22 g of medium-fine coffee, shake the bed level and pour 60 g of water. Let it bloom for 45 seconds.

  3. Pour the rest in slow circles up to 360 g, keeping the water about two-thirds of the way up the cone.

  4. Let it drain flat. The whole brew takes three to three and a half minutes.
